Q: How do you know if my car qualifies?
A: When you fill out your vehicle information during the listing process, our system identifies your make and model from the VIN and matches it against qualifying criteria provided by the warranty company.

Q: How does my buyer activate the warranty?
A: One easy phone call to the warranty company. The number is on the warranty certificate you print out at the end of the listing (SELL) process. You can also print out the warranty from your GARAGE.

Q: What happens if I go over 85,000 miles while I'm trying to sell my car?
A: The cut off for the program is 85,000 miles, but please pass the warranty certificate on to your buyer and have your buyer call the toll free number, because the warranty company may be able to provide a special offer.

Q: I'm selling my motorcycle. Do you have a warranty for other vehicle types?
A: Currently, this program is only available for cars and trucks, but we're looking to expand the program.
